New Green City with its headquarters in Saharsa, India was founded by Mr. Anil Kumar and in the year 2018 with the primary objective of building residential apartments. Two years later, the Company has evolved into an full service real estate development company that has transformed Saharsa’s urban landscape and is credited with several of Saharsa’s landmark developments such as Residency and Comercial to mention only a few.
